The Colombian Caribbean coast is one of the most diverse and exciting coastlines in the world. There is a lot to discover from beautiful colonial cities to breathtaking landscape.
One of the most beautiful colonial cities in the world is Cartagena de Indias, which enchants everyone with its walled old town, the colorful, colonial houses and its romantic atmosphere. The oldest town in Colombia, Santa Marta, is located further north on the coast. It is the ideal starting point to go to the Tayrona National Park and to explore the highest coastal mountains in the world, the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.
The peninsula of La Guaijra is situated at the northernmost point on the Caribbean coast. An impressive desert which is home to the indigenous tribe of the Wayu.
Close to the border to Panama, in the south west of the Colombian Caribbean Coast we will find a relatively undiscovered region of our paradise: Tolu and Capurgana.
